Overview

All purchases made on the DIVINE SMP store are considered final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.

Digital Goods

As our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Once a rank, item, or permission is applied to your account, it cannot be reversed.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Items not delivered due to technical issues on our end
• Unauthorized purchases (with proper documentation)

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us through our Discord server. Provide your transaction ID, username, and reason for the refund request.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all DIVINE SMP services. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any issues.
